Metalworking
We supply Pennine’s metalworking lubricant range, which is designed to support the demands of your metalworking operations. Using the right lubrication will improve product life, performance and means of disposal, while also promoting enhanced equipment operator safety.
The Pennine range we supply includes water-extendable fluids and both semi- and fully-synthetic solutions, designed to suit a variety of processes and materials. We can supply mineral and synthetic neat oils, to cater for even the most demanding of working environments, including those where exceptional anti-oxidant performance is required. We can also supply spark-erosion fluids, developed for work with electrical discharge machines.
Equipment
The Pennine range of oils and lubricants we supply can be used to greater efficiency when dispensed appropriately. To help you with this we can also supply a range of dispensing equipment, from the simple grease guns and transfer pumps, through to colour-coded mobile oil dispensers and bespoke distribution systems.
We also supply a range of tramp oil removal systems, specially designed for the metalworking industry. These will help keep your equipment clear of contaminated fluids, ensuring a cleaner, safer, more efficient metalworking, factory or workshop environment and allowing you to recycle contaminants securely and efficiently.
Industrial
We supply the Pennine industrial range, a portfolio of lubricants meeting original equipment manufacturer performance requirements as well as all relevant international standards. We can supply mineral- and synthetic-base fluids, to cater for even the most demanding of working environments. As Pennine authorised distributors, we can also supply bespoke blending – to provide lubricant grades, formulated to meet your unique requirements.

Advances in automotive oil technology provide for new engine and transmission designs. To keep your old friend purring smoothly, we supply a full range of Pennine heritage oils and lubricants, designed specifically to cater for Heritage, Vintage, Classic and Veteran vehicles. So whether you’re a professional restorer or an enthusiastic amateur, and whether you’re nursing your beloved Series 1 Landy along, or restoring a classic bike, car or even a steam or diesel locomotive, this range has been developed with you in mind.
Foodsafe
We offer Pennine’s food-safe range, designed to be used mainly where incidental contact with food is possible and hence there’s a requirement for approval to InS H1 standard. This range is suitable for supply to industries such as breweries, bakeries, dairies and food packaging plants. The range includes machine oils, high temperature chain and conveyor lubricants as well as both mineral- and synthetic-hydraulic oils.

Cleaning & Maintenance
We can also provide you with an extensive range of Pennine cleaning and maintenance products, developed to be used alongside its extensive range of oils. These include multipurpose maintenance products, solvent- and water-based degreasers and cleaners and skin care products.
The Pennine range also includes absorbents – for dealing with spillages. These come as emergency spill kits, pads, rolls and granules, which can either be supplied individually or as a fully-stocked dispensing system such as the Spillpod. We can also supply a range of bunding systems, to help ensure you can contain any unintended spillages and to help you maintain compliance with Environment Agency regulations.
Biodegradable
We offer this range, which has been developed to reduce the risk of contamination to your surrounding environment. This is particularly important when working near water courses or other environmentally sensitive areas and a potential exists for spillage of a leak. This range is made of quality vegetable-derived base oils, using biodegradable additive technology and ensuring all products meet ASTM D 5864 Pw1 standards. This requires them all to be at least 90% biodegradable within 28 days of use.
Automotive
The Automotive range has been designed for the demands modern vehicles place on a lubricant, including meeting the extended service-interval-drain capabilities required by vehicle manufacturers and the strict emission controls required by the authorities. Pennine’s engine oils, transmission fluids and gear oils cater capably for a variety of industries from passenger cars through to heavy duty commercial, fleet and plant applications.
The range we offer includes mineral oils, synthetic and semi-synthetic oil formulations, all meeting the requirements of ACEA and API, as well as the original vehicle manufacture's specifications. We also offer a range of associated products for automotive applications, including brake fluids, 2 stroke oils and universal plant lubricants.
Agricultural
The Pennine agricultural range of oils and lubricants we supply includes the traditional multi-functional “Super Universal” farm lubricants, as well as heavy-duty crankcase oils, developed to meet ACEA and API performance standards as well as the original vehicle manufacture's specifications. And we supply tractor transmission fluids to suit the demands of a modern farm. The Pennine range also includes related agricultural lubricants, such as milking-machine and vacuum-pump oils, hydraulic oils and chainsaw oils.
